Data Collection

RecoveryIQ collects no data. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no backend servers. Nothing leaves your iPhone.

Apple Health Data

RecoveryIQ reads heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep, and workout data from Apple Health to calculate your daily readiness score. This data:

Is read locally on your device only
Is never transmitted off your device
Is never shared with any third party
Is stored in a local database on your iPhone only

Local Storage

All app data — readiness scores, workout logs, and settings — is stored in a local encrypted database on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it permanently. There is no external backup.

Third-Party Services

RecoveryIQ contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is sent to any external service.
